An international managed services organisation currently have an excellent opportunity for an Head of Service Operations. For this position my client requires a leader, with the confidence to drive the continued growth of the organisation.
You, the Head of Service Operations will be a forward thinking and dynamic individual, who will be responsible for leading a team of highly technical team to provide best in class services to major enterprise customers across UK and Europe.
To perform this role you, the Head of Service Operations will have ideally come from a technical background from either an Infrastructure or Network focussed background
You will be responsible for developing and improving information management, policies, procedures and practices across the division as well as maintaining and improving external and internal relationships.
You will have overall responsibility for the whole infrastructure and customer solutions arena and will help road map the future strategy of the service operations division.
Technical skills also required include –
> Knowledge of any of the following infrastructures (Microsoft, Unix, and Networks)
> ITIL knowledge (Ideally Certified)
